Accommodations

Please use the RSVP form to let us know your accommodation preferences after reviewing the options below. We hope you’ll join us at the ranch but understand that’s not for everyone. We also have a hotel nearby or you can make your own arrangements as you see fit.

Tenting Site

Tent sites are on grass, some with a bit of gravel mixed in. Most sites back into a treeline. Vehicles must park down the hill in the main parking area. There is no running water, or electricity on site. There is a dishwashing area and a nice new indoor washroom with 3 flushing toilets and 3 showers. We will also have a few portapotties on site. Vehicles with roof-top tents are welcome in this area. Children 12 and under stay free. No minimum stay required.

$25/night/person which includes continental breakfast each morning.

RV Site

Quieter RV Site #2

This site is about a 5-minute walk to the wedding venue and the new indoor washrooms and dishwashing area. There are no hook ups.

Tenting or small RV 20-30' Located alongside the Cheakamus River with 180-degree mountain and river views.

$65/night - 2-night minimum stay required.

Quieter RV Site #5

This site is about a 5-minute walk to the wedding venue and the new indoor washrooms and dishwashing area. There are no hook ups.

1 Large Tenting or RV site (20 - 30 feet) - up to 8 guests and 2 cars or one large RV. Located alongside the Cheakamus River tucked into the woods for a great semi-private camping experience.

$75/night - 2-night minimum stay required.

Quieter RV Site #6

This site is about a 5-minute walk to the wedding venue and the new indoor washrooms and dishwashing area. There are no hook ups.

1 Large Tenting or RV site (30 feet+) - up to 8 guests and 2 cars or one large RV. Located alongside the Cheakamus River with 180-degree mountain and river views. Located on an open, bright site.

$75/night - 2-night minimum stay required.

24' Glamping Yurt

2 available. Each has a queen-size bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a hide-a-bed, sleeping up to 6 people. Each yurt has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, BBQ on the deck, full bathroom, running water, and solar-powered electricity. Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash, cleaned up after, and supervised at all times. 

$300/night - 2-night minimum stay required.

Sandman Hotel

We have a limited block of rooms available at the nearby Sandman Inn which you can book directly. They offer well-appointed Guest Rooms Complimentary Breakfast Bar, Complimentary WIFI, Complimentary Parking, and an Indoor Pool & Waterslide. Rooms and preferred rates will be available until April 20, 2022 or until rooms in the block are reserved.

Room Rates: Single King Room $169. Room with 2 Queens $179. Room with 2 Queens and sofa $189. All rates based on double occupancy.
